Description

Magister Academy is located in the center of St. Julians. The building was inaugurated in 1993, and was designed with comfortable classrooms, video and drama centers, a conference hall and a great outdoors open area for social activities where the students spend their free time.

Lodging

The academy provides lodging for the students and their families in hotels, apartments or family houses. The students can choose between single or shared rooms, with half or full board. All the host families are located in residential districts near the school. It is also possible to lodge in hotels of different categories, according to the desires or possibilities of each student.

Academic

The communicative education system used by the school allows the student to play a more active roll in its learning. There are 5 levels courses that go from beginner to advanced. The classes do not exceed the 12 students, with an average of between 8 and 10. Before arriving at Malta, it is asked to the students to complete a form that allows the school to make an analysis of the necessities of each one of them and to organize a customized program for their studies. The group courses can be of 15, 30 or 40 weekly classes. Other types of courses that can be done in the school are Summer Courses, children Courses, and exam preparation courses for ELTS and TOEFL.

Activities

The school has a complete program of activities for the free time. Between these are video nights, half day guided tours to historical places of Malta and Gozo, sport competitions, computer games, and events of international culture presented by the students.
